Kamala Harris will hold a rally in Philadelphia at Temple's Liacorus Center on Tuesday, and she said her yet-to-be-announced running mate will join her. Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro is among the contenders to be named Harris' vice presidential nominee. In 2016, he attended a similar campaign event at Temple University for Hillary Clinton.
